| PAY MY RENT Below are multiple ways for you to pay your rent. RENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST AND LATE ON THE 6TH OF EACH MONTH. There is a $50 late fee for any rent paid after the 5th. You must contact me if your rent will be late for any reason. Option 1 : Pay at the Office (1532 Wolverine Drive SE ste E-F, Decatur, AL 35601). Get a money order and drop it off in the red door mail slot. DO NOT leave it in one of the red info boxes. Address Money Order to "ASCEND" or "NELSON RENTALS" depending on your lease. Or you can address the Money Order to "Bill Nelson". Option 2 : Direct Deposit. This is probably the easiest way to pay your rent, and there is no charge for Direct Deposit! Email Me with your name, address, and date that you want to Direct Deposit (ex "the 1st of each month"). Attach a copy of a check from your checking account with the word "VOID" written across the front of the check. It may take us up to 2 weeks to get this set up, and you will be responsible for getting your rent paid until then. After it is set up, your rent will automatically be deducted from your checking account each month. admin@bills-team.com |
