  • Application fee is $75 for up to 2 adults and $25 extra per adult for more than 2 adults. Adults must be at least 19 years old.

  • Application fees are Refundable!! Prior to your application be selected for a property, if you find another rental or you decide to not rent from ASCEND, simply contact us and we will refund your application fee.
    * Please note that we will refund your application fee only if you request it.
    **We will refund your application prior to it being selected for a property. We will call you to let you know that your application has been selected and will get your permission to spend your application fee. After receiving your permission to spend the application fee, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
